What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?

How Can I Check On The Status Of My Order?
You will receive automated e-mail and text Tracking updates once your item has shipped. If you're having any trouble with this automated system, please don't hesitate to contact us. You'll need the Order Number found in your Purchase Confirmation e-mail, it looks something like BB-1234.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Shipping to the United States typically takes 2 to 3 weeks, possibly sooner depending on the item you’ve purchased. Shipping outside the United States typically takes 4 to 6 weeks.
Is Expedited Shipping Available?
Expedited Shipping is available, but because of how our Inventory Management is set-up, it’s costly and only affords a 1 week improvement to the Shipping Times mentioned above. Please contact us for more information.
Tracking Says My Package Was Delivered But I Never Received It. What Do I Do?
We have no control over packages once they get into the hands of the United States Post Office, and unfortunately, the United States Post Office has had sporadic occurrences of packages being scanned as "Delivered" BEFORE actually being delivered. Click Here for the gory details.
If this has happened to you, we recommend waiting at least 5 Business Days before panicking. Based on our experience, and as noted in the article linked above, most packages will eventually show up at the Shipping Address.
We also recommend scouring your mail to make sure your package isn't hiding in your mail. Most of our packages are small and can easily be missed, especially if you get a lot of mail on a daily basis.
If you've exhausted all options and it's time to panic, please contact us and we'll see what more we can do.

In the unlikely event that you’re not happy with your item, we offer a “No Questions Asked” Return Policy for up to 30 days after your receipt of the item. You Don’t Have My Ring Size; Can I Place A “Custom Order”?
We would love to accommodate the very small and very large Ring sizes, but unfortunately we can’t. The Sizes we have listed are all we have.
